Rubber Ballast

TrainHeadOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I need some help with my rubber ballast on my LCCA portable unit. I glued it down with white glue about two years ago, and now it is cumming up in clumps. Also, it appears to be powdery under the chunks. Is that what rubber ballast does...deteriorates over time?
