New here so please be gentle. Purchased the above steam engine and tender in December. Connected it. It ran around the track 2 or 3 times and stopped. Won't run in either direction. I have reconnected and disconnected the Bluetooth and checked everything suggested in the book. What the heck is wrong? Also, the coupler (thing behind the tender where you can connect cars) is open and I don't know how to get it to close. Would appreciate any advice. Calls to Lionel have gone unanswered. Thanks much.
