The search tool works fairly well provided when the appropriate search terms are given.
However I've had difficulty finding specific threads.
However if the search tool were to include the ability to search only the thread title it would be very helpful.
Is this something that could be implemented by crowdstackpro?

Two weeks ago I posted this potential suggestion. Apparently no one agrees since there weren't any comments. That's ok.
The question I have is, how do you effectively conduct a search for a word or phrase found in the title of a thread only?
For example if I conduct a search on "ZW" I'm going to get a million hits.
But if I were only to conduct that phrase search for the topic title I'll would return maybe 50 hits. Which is much more manageable.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
When you open the search window, make some choices to narrow your searches.
This will narrow the search to a specific forum and search only the title and the original post.
when you open the search window, there's a line that says EXACT PHRASE MATCH, use that to type in the title. Do Not use quotes around your exact phrase - unlike Google and some other search engines that require quotes for an exact match, using them on an OGR search will yield MORE than the exact phrase, although on my tests, the exact phrase always popped up first.

Thank you both for your suggestions. I'll keep them both in mind.
I've tried searches in the past and I get a million hits. Just way to many to go through.

Another trick I use is if I remember one of the people who posted in the thread, I put their name in the field for "Posted By"
