OK, I am looking for an ad I posted. I selected the 'forum' section at the top left of the search page, and put in my exact phrase I used for the ad, both in the 'containing these words and 'exact phrase match' and it can't find it. It brings up a lot of ads and I am sure if I scroll down them all it is in there somewhere, but should it not appear as #1 in the search?

Click on your name, your profile page comes up and then click on your posts. Scroll down until you find it.
You should not search in BOTH the “Exact Phrase Match” and the “Containing these words” search fields. That will not yield proper results. Choose one or the other, but not both.
You can also use the search method that laz57 suggested.
