I believe the Train Station in Mountain Lakes, NJ offers a layout building service. Otherwise google train layout builders.
Does the layout builder have to be in NJ?
https://www.trainlayouts.com/about/ is in NJ (I think they are northern NJ), they do layout building. I have never used them, hopefully someone on here has experience with them. (They also are a forum Sponsor).
With some of the vendors, they work all over the country, so you don't have to limit it to firms in NJ, they will built at their site and then deliver and install it. http://twtrainworx.com/index.html is one of them as well, there is also Hikel layouts as well, too.
Thanks, Prrhorseshoecurve! I'll give him Train Station's contact information. This fella called me to ask for recommendations becasue he's not too savvy in using the Internet. I found East Coast Enterprises to be close as well.
Luvdemtrains - I'm not sure. Short Hills, NJ is the location of the LOTS member who called. I listed it just as a reference.
I'm just being helpful and networking for Paul. : ) In addition to any names Forum members mention, I'll also suggest that he contact a local club.
Thanks for responding.

According to their website The Train-Station in Mountain Lake still builds layouts. Ask for David Shaw.
Thanks everyone. I'll call Paul tomorrow and will let him know.

I highly recommend East Coast Enterprises. They are a Forum Sponsor and are the best in the business at building layouts. They are also located in New Jersey. Give Rich Roman a call. He's the owner. Their website is trainlayouts.com.
