I recently placed a large order with Mr. Muffin. The order was delivered in two packages. One arrived intact. One arrived with a fairly sizable hole in the side that had been taped over by someone. A portion of the order (track connectors and track screws) were missing. I reached out to Jeff @ Mr. Muffin and zip, boom , bop problem solved. I'm new to the hobby but, Mr. Muffin has a dedicated customer!

Count me in. The whole Mr. Muffin's crew are like dynamite. I got to talk to Steve at York in October 2019 and have had nothing but great service since. I inquired about some engines I was looking for, and got answers right away and even got lucky on one that hadn't had at the time. I have been on the emailing list a while now, and like some, I find myself ordering. 😁
The whole operation is top shelf! Way back when, I ordered the Lionel O&W F3 ABBA set and when they were delivered in the wrong color, Steve offered to sell them to me at cost rather than canceling the order. Since replacement shells were forthcoming, I did not take him up on the offer and paid the agreed to pre-order price. That, my friends is customer service! I buy very little new stuff since I am limited on space and model in 2 rail but when I see something special from Mike's or Atlas, Steve does his best to get it for me even if he only has to order a single piece in 2 rail.
