Tom, that PRR cabin car was done by a company called The Brass Works.  It is identical (except for wheels and couplers) to a 2-rail car done by a company called The Car Works.  They might even be the same company.  Both companies are or were in New Jersey.  Anyway, The Brass Works did 3 road numbers of ND bobbers, 2 road numbers of N5b's and 2 road numbers of N5b's with Trainphone antennas.  All of these were 3-rail.
