Great pictures? Did you weather them or were they rusty and a little beat up to begin with?

Either way, they have great character in their shoddy condition.

I do it all. These would be headed to a museum for restoration as I seen them around 1968.

Thanks!  Those PCCs were all MTH except for the orange Lionel one, which was an unpowered Corgi.  I do have a powered Corgi Chicago car...

More of the fleet...

And I'm noodling about with the idea of turning a K-Line RDC set into EMU cars...

Thanks Arnold.  I use my iPhone to take all of my pictures and videos.  It's not even a new iPhone.  It's a 5c I believe.  

I see some Corgi PCCs are mentioned.  I have one that is unpowered.  My wife bought it for me maybe 25 or 30 years ago.  If I recall, there were motorizing kits for them.  Are these kits still available ?

Gotta luv those trolleys, think I have 4 or 5 laying around for amusement purposes. 

The gentleman that offered the GHB power trucks is retired and has none available for the Corgi cars.  Here are some of mine with upgraded lighting:

The Lionel 60 trolley was my first trolley when I got into Postwar trains at 5 years old. Today I have two Postwar Lionel 60 trolleys, one with blue lettering and a two piece bumper and the other also with blue lettering and a solid one piece bumper.

Still, in my opinion as a big-time trolley fan, the best trolley ever offered in 3-rail O gauge. Kind of a shame that no manufacturer came forward to take over the line after Walt Cameron passed away.

Any opinions on the best way to convert a Walt Cameron trolley to TMCC, including the antenna?

   Unfortunately my little yellow Street Car is long gone, however I own the MTH P2 Pittsburgh, Pa Street Car with Frank doing the Stop Announcements.  One of the OGR members was nice enough to make that happen for me.  It is one of my prize O Gauge Possessions.

Also have another MTH Bump 'n Go. A blue one....I had three and sold my yellow one. Didn't need three trolley's for one short track (used to have several bump and go trolley lines). The LIRR Unit is a custom MTH for Trainworld from a year or two ago.

Unfortunately, the PCC trucks (which I use on my PCC) have been discontinued.  They do pop up on eBay now and then, however.

Trolley was very nice, and I also liked the smokestack in the background polluting the air.

If you insulate the trolley pole from the metal roof with a plastic bushing, I would think you could use that for a antenna.   Should run fine with a cruise lite and LED lighting...

I joined an O scale club when I was 15.  The traction line was built by guys who were all retired.  I learned all about freight motors, Nachod signals, how to hand lay track and switches for street use.  I even got to meet Richard Wagner.  What an education!

@ WFTTRAINS- I believe the PCC cars are Corgi and the track is Bachmann "Easy Streets".

I few shots of a Labelle kit finished (somewhat as there are details to be added) last year. Also, an old Bowser converted to run on the overhead. The Trolley Park area is a favorite of mine in the basement! And who should be better able to rate that!

I have two, one Christmas Trolley and one Lionel Transit and they run on their own elevated track.

Totally love the "El" you have built - where did you get the supporting girders?

 Model of a Charlotte Trolley. Basically the same  as the New Orleans cars.

GeoPeg......I scratch built the EL with Polystyrene...The EL starts at the Bellerose station and makes a loop up to a second level behind the city buildings. All the structures in these pictures are scratch built with Polystyrene.

This is is one of Walt Cameron’s Western Hobbycraft Johnstown cars.

Got it out this week, hadn’t run it in awhile, and have had fun running it on the High Line.

Those Western Hobbycraft cars sure are good runners!

Being in S, there are very few trolleys available.  A few years ago, Terry Putt made a nice Birney trolley.  He offered them in a few paint scheme, and also in kit form.  Mine is a kit and painted in Detroit Street Railways colors.  It took me longer to mask the colors than to do the actual painting.   It's a basic trolley and runs very well.  Now, if someone made a PCC in S...

This is my only Trolley. It is a Lionel Birney Trolley produced in honor of the 40th anniversary of Grzyboski's Train Store. It represents the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley Railroad, better know as the Laurel Line which ran from Scranton to Wilkes-Barre. The line closed in 1976.
