The roof on the building is a sheet of 1/8 material painted black then with the paint still wet spread fine ballast and let dry.  I then added scenic cement and more ballast to cover the bare spots.   The pump cover is just painted white then rub with my finger powdered pigment to look dirty .

Very nice work, excellent job, I am sure this is going to look great on your layout.

finding a picture on line of a 1980s Cumberland farms gas pump and not current gas pump was a challenge.  Most pictures are current and a different decoration.  Cars are earlier and were  from my layout which is 1960 ish.
