All I will say is that they are owned by the Vintage Electric Streetcar Company. I have not done so myself, but there were reports that you could arrange a tour with them at their private facility somewhere near Johnstown, PA.

It is a shame, the vandalism that has already taken place.

They are in a suburb of Johnstown named Windber.
