Here is something you don't see every day.  Full set of gates and flashers warning to wait for low flying plane(s) to pass.  I am assuming the reason for gates was for the runway.

Hope drivers heeded the warning for this errant plane.   Luckily no one on board was seriously hurt.

Yep, my wife and I saw this personally on our trip through there last year. The border crossing out of Spain is right on the other side of the runway as well...

There used to be a narrow gauge crossing of a runway in New Zealand, but I don't think they run trains across it anymore.
