My new SP, after running at highest speed, just stopped working on the track. Now it won't start and gets no power when transformer on highest level. Is there a fuse or reset feature? Thanks.

Is there power at the track? Do rolling stock lights light. Info necessary to pinpoint issue in loco, in wiring, or in power supply. How are tracks powered---DCS or conventional?
Yes, power to track as passenger cars light. I am using the MTH Z-1000 transformer. Thanks.
#1 Ensure the tether wiring is seated into the circuit board drawbar at BOTH ends- yes, the engine side and the tender side. At the engine side, I have seen where the wiring was zip tied up too tight and so when the drawbar moves, this stresses and unplugs the 6 pin wire harness. On the tender side, people just have a hard time making sure it is fully seated.
