Those who have experience with 90 degree crossings, do you find them pretty reliable? I'm designing my Christmas tree layout. I have a couple 90's packed away. They're brand new Tinplate Traditions (10-4006). I'll be using USA Track. If they're a big headache, I can leave them out of the design. Thanks for your help.

I am using one on my modular/portable standard gauge layout and have no problems with it.
Because of the gap needed for these engines to run through them, sometimes the engine rollers will drop and cause the engine to bounce a little but they do work OK.

Ok. Thanks, fellas. I think that's confirmation enough to proceed with my design. I didn't want to build them in and find out later that everyone hates them. I appreciate it. 
New ones should be fine. I have found old, original prewar models to be iffy. I was getting shorts and losing power.
