WOW......it really is September! Where did the summer go?

I pretty much finished the Oblong Box Company kit!

It challenged my skill level and forced me to do things I never had before. In the end, it was a lot of fun and I feel good about it. Since the stairwell is very fragile, I'm not going to build that until this has a place on my new layout.

Now the the building is built and stabilized, I can go back to the foundation and resand areas, add some plastic wood, resand again and paint.....hard to do when the foundation is wobbly.

First time in my career I open a 'craftsman wood kit' and saw only sticks..........

There are basically three buildings and some details. The customer sent some track along with the kit so it looks like I'm building a diorama.

I have the office and most of the crane shed almost done. I can't cut out the holes for windows and doors for the office until I get my Wonder Cutter back from service.
