Sunday Show case July 23rd 2017

 Tore out a concrete retaining wall and a Pioneer Valley backdrop. This looked good 25 years ago. Just didn't blend in with what was added in the later years. I purchased some Korber flats and after laying them out. It fit right between two existing structures.  Looking at it. It seemed like it was planned this way. I reinforced the backside with 2 metal strips running lengthwise. This took the flex out of it and allowed me 2 screw 2 magnets to studs in the wall. Just place it at an angle at track level. Then lean it back towards the wall and it's not going anywhere. But easily removed. The lettering I picked up at Staples. The letters are used for changeable signs. They stick out a ways from the building. The 4 doors. Spot 4 40ft. cars with the doors aligned.

Al, let me guess. You got a lot of strokes for your money. The better you golf, the more expensive per swing it gets. Me... I get a lot of strokes for my money.

i sure did. The most out of anybody but, I pared one hole. My friends said that will make me come back for more torture.

Al, that's what happens. That game is sinister. You hack a ball around all afternoon and have a good drive on 18 and you're all ready to do it again. If I built models like I play golf, I wouldn't be building any models. I stopped playing about 10 years ago when my back could no longer handle the twisting and bending required. Churchill said it was "a good walk spoiled." I tend to agree.
