Today at the Murnane house we have Lionel #6-18054 0-4-0 Steam Switcher - New York Central #1665 on duty on my small tabletop layout!

I have been going through my "projects" box and I found this beater 520. Of all the window struts I think it has only one left, natch there is no pantagragh and it sports some nice wobbly permanant marker customization. I do like all the portholes when it is coupled to this Williams PC caboose. 

 

Maybe this repaint will happen later today.

Looks like a great project, btw, your new 44 ton switcher is awesome!

I love that someone at Lionel bothered making the crew of this tank engine look like green goblins. When I first opened mine I remember laughing out loud. It is the little touches like that that make things really special.
