Today at the Murnane house "James" (Lionel, non-remote/LionChief) from "Thomas & Friends" (a.k.a. "Thomas the Tank Engine") is on duty!

Really love this picture, you'd never know it's not really from the 1930s, or is it?  ;-)

Road Switcher  Atlas RS1 Morristown and Erie.

Recent repair job. Atlas SW 9

 Re-assembly is complete, some air brush work and maybe grimy black overspray should mask 95% of the damage. A hard fall to a concrete floor. Atlas supplied new window glazing, which worked well as a support for all the pieces on re-assembly.  I didn't want to do a complete repaint. I could have replaced the cab. I saved all the graphic detail, which would have been a major part of the repair project.  Originally purchased as a parts engine.  IMO, nice cold day project.  Thanks Eliot.   Mike CT.
