Nice video. Been up in those passenger cars many times while all of that happens.
Here's a couple of videos from Lorton from our last trip. The train arrived 8 hours late due to an accident at a grade crossing on the previous northbound trip. Yes, it took more than a full round trip to get caught up.

RSJB18 nice video my wife and take the auto train to and from Florida often and time wise when it's good fantastic trip but when it's bad "Whoa" we do like taking the train though better than driving

Agreed. We live in NY, so after 5-6 hours to get past DC I'm done. I hate driving long distances, and I'm the only one in the family that drives. We've had some long waits for our car but overall we like the trip and having our own car on the other end.
