Taking Passenger car apart

I have a Railking # 30-6723 60 ft Streamline full length Vista Dome and I'm trying to replace the bulbs. I tried going to the MTH website, but could not find how it comes apart. I took out the 4 screws and tried twisting it and the top did not pop off like the other cars.
