Looks like cabinetbob's worker at the cabinet shop..first and last guess.. today..
It's Cabinet Bob's cabinet shop building display cases for the Brewery!
Well I'll chime in early. It is either a person coming out of lumber yard, a construction site..........or.........wait for it a ...............a brewmaster with a paddle for stirring the vats in a brewery.................

He's dressed too nice to be in construction. He's got that "hipster" look about him. I'd say it's Ken with a box of roses for his girlfriend Barbie for Valentines Day. So maybe a flower shop? Wish the brewery (Yuengling) were in the works boys, really I do.

That doesn't look like somebody getting stuff from railroad car. Maybe the back of a delivery truck at there home but then the driver would do that and don't believe driver would be dressed like.

I think the new release will be a Menards retail store with a lumber yard. Also 17" bulk head flat cars loaded with Menards lumber.
It is a giant chew stick for jack the dog....
Carpenters do it with wood!!!
Another Menard's store or lumber yard is too obvious but that's what Mark's clue brings to mind. It can't be that easy. So I'll have to second a piece of rolling stock with lumber load but not necessarily a flat with bulkheads.
Another "Not Railroad" item...
It could be a dog house.

My vote would be for the lumber yard. We do need more industrial type buildings that can be "serviced" by our railroads, rather than all these "cutsie" buildings that could be place in a community setting without any train at all. When is the release date?

Home or building being constructed
Another "shovel-ready" project from 10 years ago still underway despite billions in infrastructure spending. If it's anything like its prototype, you will be paying for this in installments for the rest of your lives. :-)
Is it really "TO BE DETERMINED" if you already know what it is? Shouldnt it be a "GUESS WHATS NEXT"?

I think we will see some new cars this year. Some new road names on existing tooling. Maybe they are waiting till some of the inventory goes down. I believe, myself, we may see a couple of new rolling stock items this year.......Paul

I believe you guys are on the something there with the foundation thing. I think it's going to be a facility for model train addicts. Mark the Menard's Guy will be the new counselor.
Hopefully it will have an adjoining brewery.

After more ponderence on the puzzle I believe it to ba a construction of a brewery, Yuengling maybe? hick..
no hard hat.... not a construction site with a full blown safety plan....
I think its a warehouse, and the first guy broke apart a pallet to get a board, to smack the phone out of this guys hand, so he can get back to work.
I have room for one more building, ok two so I think it is a lumber yard, maybe!!

I note all the workmen have yellow hair or orange hardhats. I smell a conspiracy. And if you just exchange two letters you get Trump Towers! For those discriminating oligarch's with several million bucks to launder.
No lights I see, but could string up my own. Lots of play value for my kids. Just need to rename the vehicles from Ray's to Boris', add a few feet sticking out of the freshly poured concrete, change the banner, etc. and you have your own little conspiracy story!

Well, their safety plan is seriously lacking. I am curious, how integral is the base? Anyone wnat to venture a guess based on past menards?
A building like that , at this stage, the apron (where the pump truck is sitting) would still be gravel & dirt.
