Happy New Year and attention Florida visitors, “snowbirds” or permanent Florida residents, the TCA Southern Division has two Train Meets scheduled for you this winter in 2022. Both meets are open to the public. One meet is located on the East Coast and one is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Both locations have nearby beaches and other popular attractions. Plus the weather forecast is for nice weather with no snow guaranteed at either location!
The first meet will be held on Saturday, January 22nd at the Havert Fenn Center in Ft. Pierce. Located near Vero Beach, Ft. Pierce is only 1¾ hours from Orlando and 1½ hours from the Kennedy Space Center by auto. The show opens to TCA members at 8:30 AM, to the public at 9:00 AM and closes at 2 PM. The Fenn Center is a fantastic building for hosting shows such as ours. It provides 22,000 square feet of exhibit space in one large well-lighted hall. There is a separate area for food service and plenty of free parking.
Our second meet will be on Saturday, February 12th at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center. Pinellas Park is in the Tampa Bay area near St. Petersburg and Clearwater. This show opens to TCA members at 9:00 AM, to the public at 10:00 AM and closes at 3 PM.
Attached is a flyer for each show with more details. If you are a TCA member and want a table, there are still some tables available! Tables are only $20 each for TCA members who are also Southern Division members and $30 each for other TCA members.
