Demar looks like pretty good prices, but someone has to tell them about WEB design! Having the categories blink all the time is REALLY annoying!

If you are referring to terminal strips, no, polarity does not matter, though you will need both hot and common strips to distrbute power to where you want it.

While looking at the Demar site I spotted some interesting items for O gaugers.
He has both 0-25 VAC voltmeters, and 0-10 amp AC ammeters, panel mounted.
Also he has 7 tap DC power supplies that handle 1000 ma load. The 4.5 VDC tap should be handy for powering several Miller light kits. The 12 VDC tap would handle several standard accessories.

His prices are attractive on all items.

You did not say what you are going to wire in the panel. If it is for track power make sure a terminal strip is what you really want. Do you need star wiring? DCS now of even remotely possible in the future?

I use ground bars made for electrical load centers (a.k.a. "breaker panel boxes").

They come in different lenghts, they are cheap, and they are readly available at any local home center. A 23 terminal ground bar is $6.54 at Lowe's. Item #67717.
