Yes, 42 curves only.  It's a big tunnel, but not big enough for any of the wider curves.  It's a little hard to tell from this photo taken a few years ago, but it takes two 42 curve sections.

David, Hard to tell, but do you have 2 parallel tracks running through the 140L?  If not, how much clearance do you need for the other track to fit in the curve. IN other words; What did ya do there?

Sorry, that's not a very good photo.  Here's a snapshot of that corner of the plan.  Two 42 curves pretty much go portal to portal of the tunnel.  Not exactly, but just about.  Then 1 straight section (14") to SW31.  There is definitely only room for one standard gauge track through the 140.
