To post a picture click on the upload attachments button... a screen will pop up...click the little green button in the middle of that screen that says upload files...upload your photo..to upload more than one at a time hold the control button and click the photos you want to upload...these pics will become highlighted...now click open or press enter and the upload should start automatically.

To post a video click the film strip by the big smiley face...a screen will pop up and you can insert the url from youtube and upload a video.
