Exactly what software:
Don't use remote. Not sure where it is.
App is 3.0.2 build 48
I believe TIU is 6.1.0
I believe WIU is 1.1
App is 3.0.2 build 48
The current version of the app is 3.1.0.
I believe TIU is 6.1.0
I believe WIU is 1.1
While those are the current versions. However, if you "believe" that your TIU and WIU are up-to-date, I suggest that you make certain. It can make a difference.

Here is an easy way to tell:
From a web browser, type in the IP address of your WIU unit to open the login page for the LuCi web console. From this page you can determine which firmware version your WIU is running. See Below:
This particular WIU is running Version 1.1

The first thing to do is to update your app to 3.1.0.
App updated to 3.1.0. Issue with TIU - Var1 and Var2 inputs show 18 volts. Var1 and Var 2 outputs show 0 volts.
First, is the red LED on the TIU lit? If not, the TIU isn't powered up and will not pass voltage for the variable channels.
The TIU must get power for itself. It does so either from a power source plugged into its Aux. Power port or by taking a little bit of power from Fixed #1 Input.
You may get it to light up its red LED by connecting a WIU to the USB port, however, that's not enough to power the DCS signal generators.
Once you have the TIU getting power for itself, in order to use the variable channels you must adjust the track voltage for variable 1 and variable 2 by using theTrack Control Screen.
Have you done all of the above?
Everything that you need to know about DCS WiFi is all in MTH’s “The DCS WiFi Companion 2nd Edition!" |
I did do a TIU reset yesterday trying to resolve the "engine not found"
We've got tornadoes here in Midlothian, VA, just southwest of Richmond.
TIU may have to wait until tomorrow.
