Don't fix stuff that ain't broke.

This was for the Rev. L, and it was demonstrated by Adrian to be less than a perfect fix in his club environment.

The Rev. L changed something in the DCS carrier interface that made the 74ACT244 driver much more susceptible to voltage spikes.  This results in one or more of the paralleled gates being blown and reducing the amplitude of the DCS signal.  So far, the previous versions of the TIU have not had a big problem with this chip being damaged.
