Can you be more specific?  Are the fixed channels working properly?  Are both variable channels doing the same thing?  What is the version of the hardware of the TIU, from the label on the bottom?

TIU Issues

Rev L

1. Fixed #1:
   1. Not finding engine on track
   2. Volt in to TIU 14
   3. Volt out from TIU 14
   4. Volt on track 14
2. Fixed #2:
   1. Red light on z4000 when applying power
   2. Runs fine when bypassing TIU
3. Var #1:
   1. Set to 17 volts
   2. Not finding engine
   3. Volt in to TIU 18.8
   4. Volt out from TIU 14.8
   5. Engine starts but not found by TIU
4. Var #2:
   1. Set to 17 volts
   2. Volt into TIU 19
   3. Volt out from TIU 0

I also recommend GGG.(forum name) - fixed right the first time, quick, fair priced.

WOW, you have multiple issues!  The one fixed channel sounds like a TVS has shorted.  The one variable sounds like the output FETs may be toast.  After you address those issues, there's the DCS signal that appears to be missing...

George (GGG) is the guy to ask, he fixes a lot of these, and he's usually pretty quick.
