So I finally got the wiring done on my layout and got all the command systems set up (Cab-1, Cab-2, and DCS). I have two 135 bricks hooked up to a TPC300 and that works completely fine, I can control the TPC without issue and such, same thing with the DCS system as I had no issues running that. However when I put, currently two TMCC units (one Atlas and one Lionel) on I get no signal or just a signal blip if I'm lucky, such as the horn going for about one second even when I'm holding the slider down if the units start up. I ruled out that it's the units themselves.

Currently the legacy base is under the layout and I even pulled it out from under the layout to get a better signal but still got nothing. This has me really stumped.Diagram

Here is the diagram of the set up I have currently

You ONLY connect a serial data port and power adapter to the CAB1 base. Again, the U or common radio signal connection is ONLY from the newer Legacy base.

You effectively attached 2 devices (CAB1m CAB2/Legacy base) BOTH transmitting a 455KHz signal on top of each other to the track. You are ONLY using the CAB1 base to receive the 27Mhz rradio signal from the CAB1 remote and retransmit those commands on the serial data bus to other devices. Effectively the CAB2 base AKA Legacy base is what actually transmits the 455KHz signal out to the track.

Again, if you connect both bases radio transmit section, they fight each other.
