I'll second the coaling tower! I recently got two Menards water towers, and they are great at any price, but particularly so for $40 each. A similar sized and detailed coaling tower would be a nice touch.
The GGD Ogle coaling tower is a terrific model, but kinda big for many layouts.

I'm in for a Cripple Creek wood coal tower! It would be a natural addition to the series.
We'd really like to make one! What size/type/design would you guys like to see us make?
I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you,
Mark the Menards Train Guy
Maybe a Denver Rio Grande type but in standard gauge sized instead of narrow gauge? Similar to the one at Chama on the Cubress and Toltec.
I would like a wooden coal tower .
What road used that? And where? Don't think I've ever seen a coaling tower like that, esp. outside a yard/engine facility!

Even better!
A wooden one. Like Chama or like the Walthers HO kit. Lionel already makes a cement one.
I would like a wooden one similar to the Walthers style pictured above.. Don't make it too monstrous, maybe around 18" high.
I too would like a wooden one, like the Walters kit shown above, maybe a single chute version?
Hmmm, I would prefer a sand tower/facility. Electrics have very little use for a coaling facility!
