Do an internet search for "K-line". You're already on the internet when you post.

OR - go to Brasseur's website; they bought the K-line parts inventory,
or much of it.

OR - run it without the tires. Won't hurt anything, and if it performs up to
your needs without "tire-caused" problems, just run it.

Traction tires are really generic, mostly. Tires for a loco with the same
size drivers (or close) will usually do the job.

I've made tires from silicon on probably 10 of my engines now. It works great and isn't hard to learn how to do.

Put your engine upside down in a cradle. Use alligator clips on the center roller and ground to run the engine as slow as possible. Now put silicon on a wood coffee stir stick and apply to the wheels. I turn the stick sideways to flatten out the silicon. Reapply if you need more. Let it dry overnight and cut away any excess.

All this learned from the forum.

You might want to do a diesel first as the wheels are smaller. It makes it a little easier.

ROD-WOULD YOU HAVE THE MTH TRACTION TIRE PART NO# TO ORDER FOR MY KLINE SCALE MIKADO.THANKS JOE

Joe;
MTH have about six different traction tire sizes. I keep a few of each size on hand.
The ones I used on the mike were either DE-000025 or DE-000027. I did not record which it was.
You could order a couple of each size from MTH parts and see which works best. They are quite inexpensive.
