Traffic lights

Has anyone had a Rail King Traffic Light Electronic Controller go bad?

My 4 single traffic signals controlling 1 intersection had been cycling fine, but then just went off, except for 1 green signal. After checking power and obvious connections, the last resort was the controller. Luckily I had a spare, since I had combined the 2 pair onto 1 controller to achieve synchronization.

I opened up the bad controller, but what's inside is way beyond my pay scale😆😆.

Anyone want to volunteer to take a shot at it?
