Train Show in Mountain View, CA This Sunday January 27

The Golden Gate Lionel Railroad Club is hosting it's annual train show and sale this Sunday Jan 27 in Mountain View, CA. The location is the IFES Hall, 432 Stierlin Road. We will have 97 tables of trains and train related items for sale. Also will have our operating layout and two smaller layouts. Also Mike from Mike's Trains & Hobbies from Lompoc, CA will be there with resteration parts for Lionel and other trains. Mike only does four shows a year in the north.

Adults $8, $1 off with coupon from train stores, San Mateo Journal and website. Under 12 free.

Door Prizes, food is available, free parking. Hours 10AM to 4PM.

It should be a fun show. My little Honda coupe is loaded with trains and they are all marked with rock bottom prices.

I'm looking forward to this show and sale as well. Have a bunch of engines and cars to sell - going cheap. Might even look at possible swaps with other sellers.

Looking forward to seeing the big layout that the Golden Gate club will display, along with the other layouts.

Geez, have we really been doing it for 24 years? Wow!

First we were in Hayward, right? That's the first one I did.

then in Palo Alto at Cubberley complex

Then at Naperdak hall

Now in the IFES hall. And every time with the large club layout. I must be getting old.
