I just received my Railking New York Central Hudson last week from Trainworld in New York. I put it on my track and it ran fine in both directions. But the sound was distorted and had a loud static. After double checking all my DCS setting, I decided to call Trainworld. I talked with one of their technical support people; all he wanted me to do is just return the engine to them. Then he sent me a free return shipping label. In three days sitting on my front porch UPS delivered a brand new engine as a replacement. That what’s called great customer service. And that’s why they will continue to get my future business.

Bob - that's great feedback.  There are many dealers (many who create threads here to market their sales) who are interested in your money when selling you the locomotive but not at all interested in speaking to you if there are any issues.  At the Amherst show, I'll definitely go by TW's set-up.  Thanks.
