i am using several transformers on a single multiplug. How do I know/test if they are all in phase?

Attach wires to the positive terminals of each transformer. Plug in the transformers. Adjust both transformers to the same voltage (say 15-18 volts). Touch the free ends of the wires for a split second. If there is no spark, the transformers are in phase. If there is a spark, the transformers are not in phase and you need to reverse one of the plugs.
