It started with my 385E.  I put in a BCR,and fired it up.  I got sounds, lights, smoke ,the works, but no motion.  The engine chugged and smoked when I moved it manually.  Maybe a loose board,I don't know.  So then I got out a Piper.  I put it on the tracks and started it up.

Great.  Sound, bells, whistles, sounds, the whole works.  She started down the tracks and promptly derailed on the curve.  It turned out that the trailing trucks were really loose and "floated around" too much and could not keep contact with the rails.  With my wife's help I was able to hold onto the little nut and turn the small screw to tighten everything up on the trailing trucks.  Later today I will add a couple of cars and keep my fingers crossed.  My next potential issue will be how these cars mate up with the tender since I switched out the AF coupler for the Lionel version.
