I have a complete collection of Unique art trains including the circus cars, cattle car, both boxcars, Bennie the brakeman caboose and caboose without Bennie, both hard to find pullman cars City of Joplin and Garden City, both variations of the hopper , F7 AA Rock Island diesels and various engines and tenders.....so what am I missing?  The Unique Lines crane.  To answer my question has anyone ever seen or have one of these?

How about sharing your Unique Lines collection

About Unique Art ...

I collect (and operate) trains of the Rock Island by all manufacturers, so when I found a Unique Art RI diesel F7 AA pair I bought it.  IMHO, a very nice-looking loco, although I never ran it. That diesel pair remained in my collection until I sold nearly all my RI trains, action accessories, and control gear via Stout Auctions due to my medical issues.

Thankfully, I recovered from a stroke and a cardiac problem with no deficits. With 20/20 hindsight, I sometimes think I acted too quickly with that sale, but I wanted to spare my wife (or maybe widow) the hassle of selling the collection after my boarding the Celestial Express for a one-way trip to the end of the line.

The "RI collecting gene" in my DNA remains active, although now mostly dormant. When Sunset 3rd Rail offered the Rock Island TA diesel passenger set in brass with matching RI cars, I had to have it despite its hefty price tag.  When it arrived, I opened the boxes and ran it on the dealer layout at ARKANSAS TRAVELER HOBBIES in Bald Knob, AR.  Impressive!  Pix of the inaugural run are attached. That train set is now on display in my train room. Regrettably, I can't run it on my home layout, which has O42 curves and switches. The TA train requires O72 curves; so it'll be a "shelf queen" until I add a wing onto the house and revise the layout.
