Now if this was something dealing with the Duke, I'm in. Be awesome if it was the house from the movie McLintock with the hat on top of the weather vane. But the difference, this item has a rooster and in the movie it's a steer.
A KFC that serves BEER! What could be better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How about a new menu item idea for KFC? Beer battered Chicken! Yum.
I sure hope so Nick. They already did the barn and a farm house so what else could it be. I guy can hope right?

Yep we can only hope but I'm not getting my hopes up too high.
new rooftop bar!
I'd go for a KFC!
You folks are just too cocky for me...
A house or barn with a weather vane?
Chicken coop with vane. Jack the dog protecting Foghorn Leghorn and the other hens!
Well, its made from MDF and is on a motor...............
I think it is an alarm clock with rooster sounds.
I was going to make a guess, but after seeing what everyone posted I chickened out! LOL

If it is a happy wok, the sign must say "We Delivery"
It must be something to do with Hawaii- there are roosters everywhere it seems.
I love these teasers!
Great guesses everyone!

How cool is that? I'm sure it will find a home in many layouts.
For all you Brewery guys...Turn this in to the "Red Barn Brewery". Just load up the silo with hops barley and malt...You're on the way to creating a great establishment.....
MARK - I would like to see Menards make a scale concrete modern grain elevator. If you make it scale - it would be very cool. I would buy one sight unseen.
How much was the original barn from Menard's?
I like it and need a barn so it's on my "to buy" list. It fits my rural, small town 50's era.

I believe it was $79.99 ( well this has a rotating chicken ( weather vane ) and it's been awhile since the last sold out, so I guess inflation also. Still not a bad price for what you get. I can't get to mine ( packed away ) But believe it is more red than this but not sure what else is like the old one

Actually there was a "Red Rooster Brewery" in Ohio but I envision a 1940's 2- story brick brewery with a rail dock on one side and a truck dock on the other side. The back will have two grain silos and a wood water tank on the roof.
Does the barn have the new patented "Roostersounds" system inside the barn?
Can you install the new alarm clock system as an add-on inside the barn?
As nice as it is, I'm going to have to pass on this one as I already have one Barn, And my layout that I will be building is not going to be much room as it is. And I have the barn, two grandpa's houses, two power stations ( one of each type) The gas station. And I'm sure a few other buildings that aren't Menards so I just don't see putting all this on a 5' x 8' space lol. But the plan presently is ( about 3 years ) for a addition to the house for a train room and it's going to be about 14' x 25'
Great looking barn but I still need an old time brewery. Mark if you build this I will buy many..............Paul
Holy cow......a barn....
You know Bob, the Barns around my house have Muatangs, and Roadrunners in them. No cows! Lol
VERY NICE.....again!!!!
I like it too! It's on the Christmas list.
It's a nice update to their previous barn with the extra detail and lights. It makes you wonder what other of their earlier buildings they will redo.
Mark do the 2 bottom sliding door open? Looks like the top door is static.
It is definitely a great looking barn. The buildings coming down the road keep getting better. I wonder if Dad is going to use eminent domain to take some industrial property to start an agricultural section............Paul
Love it, definitely going on the Christmas layout! Gotta get those cows away from the door and behind fences or on a bun where they belong! Brother Mike, got horses in my barn and a Mustang in the garage! LOL Don't tell Dad!
I was just at Menards today, my local Menards already had two in stock. I didn't realize the "chicken" on top rotated, that is a cool feature. I'll probably pick one up.

It would be cool to modify the motor for the weather vane to randomly move in either direction followed by sitting still for a period. Model wind!!!
Hmmmmmm, that doesn't look like a brewery to me. I already have the first offering of the barn and at this point don't believe I have room for another one. But, I do have room for a brewery.
Mark, I'm not going to bust your nads this time around but do think you really need to get this brewery thing taken care of.
Now one could turn a barn into a micro brewery. Lots of them in the Houston area in various style buildings.
Ok guys, check it out! Take the barn put a beer manufactures name on the silo, tip the cows over on there sides, then just put a couple old guys like most of us out front and Bingo! There is your BREWERY!
Oh Don't forget the beer trucks!

You know Play trains, if you take Dad for a ride it could be bonus points for you! But not in the Mustang, I don't think his heart could take that much power!
Hi Dad!

Ditto, but all black.
DANG, I was hoping for a chicken joint.
That much beer and tour farmer figures won't be able to drive that Shelby "barn find", they'll end up riding the cow to town...cops; too chicken

Thanks Mark. Not the answer I was hoping for.
Mark,
Very nice job on the barn. I just got around to picking one up today (the 11% rebate was encouragement, ha ha). The rooster weather vane, cows, and hay bales are a nice touch.
