Videos and back shop videos

According to the member status, right beside your forum name, you are only a "SUPPORTING MEMBER", and not a "DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER".

I know. I keep checking. I received my email from OGR and Alan with instructions. I have an acct number and do have access to digital. I can sign in to see all the magazines so I know I’m signed up. Maybe the videos weren’t part of the winning prize.

I had the exact same situation, Rod. - signed up for digital but couldn’t see any videos. After I contacted OGR via email, they fixed it (it might have take a few days). Apparently, sometimes the full digital subscription is not adequately noted in our profile and they need to fix it. Sit tight. They’ll have you fixed in no time.

Just send me an email and we will get this fixed.  The digital subscriber tag must be in your forum profile in order to have access to the videos.  It should have been put there but our new software for this is not quite up to speed.  Sorry.
