Any recommendations for 'Vortex Paint Shaker'. Good quality, that won't break the bank.. There's a multitude of models available, and as many mixed reviews as well...
Thanks in advance for your responses'...

I have a Heathrow Scientific Mini Vortex that I got from Amazon about a year and a half ago and paid around $70.00 for it. It does a great job and seemed to be somewhere in the middle price wise. I use mine primarily for dropper bottles like Vallejo, Reaper, Scale 75, etc. but there hasn’t been any hobby paint I haven’t been able to mix with it, including the larger craft type paint bottles.

Thanks Joe, I will check that one out on the Zon'... Mixing the 2 OZ craft bottles is important as I use those a lot along with Vallejo, and AK droppers...
Based on Joedaddy's post and a Youtube review, I bought the Heathrow mixer (Ebay, open box, $70 w/shipping). Got it today, and I am super impressed at how easy it is to use and how well it works. Just press the paint container on top of the rubber pad until the shaker starts running. Lift it off the pad to stop.
I was using a budget battery powered rotary mixing tool, which works OK, but always requires cleaning and has the potential for making a mess. The Heathrow works on a closed bottle, so no chance of a mess. Pricey but boy, it works.
Thanks West Side Joe'.. I will check it out... If you're happy with it as you are a quality builder, I know i will be too......
wow, thanks for posting this, will have to get one. Most of the ones I saw were in the 50 dollar range.
WS Joe, can you post a photo, or the link, There are so many on the bay, I want to make sure I get the right one'... Thanks Joe'...
Here's one Ebay listing, with a detailed writeup in the seller's description. There are more on Ebay. I try to buy only from 99.9% or better sellers but sometimes I have to just cross my fingers and hope for the best.
