I am needing 2 loops worth of Lionel tubular track, 042 and 031 curves and enough straight track for two loops on a 4x8 surface.   Doing a loose lay layout at a show in about 4 weeks and the track I had bought has fallen thru and I am out a wee bit of money.(was not bought thru here btw).   Anybody have some good clean postwar/newer tubular track(no menards track please as the ties do not line up with my rubber roadbed).   Thanks in advance.    AD

My past "loose lay" layouts at shows have started many of those conversations.  Since I also service vintage Lionel, it also brought in some "work" as the shop that I did this work for local is long gone.  Many times I will take a small Christmas tree and set it on the table, so the layout looks like one the viewers might have set up under the tree when they where kids, then the memories flood back.  Some even had me take them "shopping" around the show as they tried to describe what they had for trains as a kid as many times they can no longer remember the numbers ect.   I love rekindling the love of Lionel or toy trains in general for people.   AD
