OGR brothers and Sisters, looking to buy or trade for Weaver passenger car trucks that will work on the Hiawatha morning train by Weaver.
I have a complete 8 car set in 2Rail and need to convert to 3Rail.
Would buy or gladly trade for them. Mine are brand new never run.

I just picked up 2 sets of weaver Hiawatha cars the 1938 style is three rail, the 1936 set is 2 rail ( the scale flanges seen to be oversized) the plan is to add LED's and run them off a battery pack as well as adding full interiors , stll looking for the 1934 cars and beaver tail
Dave, are you saying the 3 rail trucks are available? If so I am interested.
Hopefully! I have just gotten back into O scale 3 rail! I am not sure where to find parts , if available . But am ready to do the next best thing and look for Replacement wheel sets with high rail flanges. as far as couplers go, A passenger train is one unit and really don't need working couplers. From the Beaver tail to the head end car I plan on using dummy or O scale Kadee couplers , and as right now, will only use a lionel style coupler on the head end car where it couples to the engine. This solves a lot of problems! I am willing to share any parts or info (suppliers) with you at any time. Dave
one note the Hiawatha Weaver trucks were different (side frames) between the 1934, 36, and 38 style cars
