I'm not sure what F unit Dave used, but Lionel seems right.  Here are a few more photos of Dave Kenyon's work.  He sells at train shows around Maine.

Yeah, it's me.  The kid has taken over my layout.  Now, I'm just the poor slob who pays for everything, including the reflective tape!

On the Bellevue and Schenectady RR we are home to the General Electric Company and the plants production has been quite high! The flats are weathered scale Menards cars with custom decals for GE on the repro transformers. As they say " We bring good things to life!"

Here is a lionel christmas 2 bay hopper car. I bought off of a dealer today. 

Me thinks Gilly and Max are the hard workers getting it done.

Get used to that.  It keeps happening all through college too.

The new Premier ILLINOIS CENTRAL waffle side box car and Seaboard Coast Line waffle side box car with the SOO #801 U30C diesel-electric locomotive.

A Lionel CONRAIL Pullman-Standard 60' auto parts boxcar and an Atlas O SSW COTTON BELT ACF 60' auto parts box car together like they used to be in the trains headed to the Fisher Body part stamping plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan during the 1990's.

The font used for CONRAIL looks like a remake of the COTTON BELT font.

With the recent thread concerning the Menard's 50ft flats cars and some complaining about the holes were the trucks are connected. This should shut them up. They look really good and it would be hard to tell the difference from the Lionel PS4 flats given the same weathering treatment.

I like the transformers. Where'd you pick those up?

My Daughter is doing well in TX and my Son may soon follow in her footsteps. Only trouble is now my Wife is itching to get out of VA.

Just finished up this scrap metal load. Real metal from exhausts and such from work. Glued to a piece of MDF that is removable. Car is a custom run Weaver gondola.

Old trolley in Vienna,Austria yesterday.

I didn't like the Lemax St Patrick's Church so I spent several hours painting and adding more stain glass windows. I love it now.  The windows in the second level looks a lot better then the 4 bells they had.  Picture old and redone.

Pics are absolutely fantastic. If it was for the lack of smoke and the center rails.... Is it real or is it Memorex.   

Thanks guys. I took the quick shots with my phone and the overview photo was kicking around on my iPad for a week or so. Taking photos right after finishing some scenery helps me find mistakes and things I may have missed. This time the camera shows that I need to run over my track with another pass of Grimy Black and I need to fill in the ties on south end of the bridge approach.

What do you use for lighting?  The third photo (the one of the switch tower) looks as though it was taken in the sun - the shadows and colors look perfect.

Don, thanks a lot. I am using mostly R20 halogen PAR floods (45 or 50W I think) with a few CFLs. Eventually I will dump all the CFLs. I am waiting on LEDs to come down in price then I will start switching over. I still have some playing around to do with my lighting.
