Time for WEEKEND PHOTO FUN!!
I hope everyone is safe from the hurricane. Over the last several weeks I have continued to work on the tinplate layout in the basement of the VMT.
Let's see your pictures.

Technically not a photo but a quick video of my Lionel Scale Turbine running on my floor setup. Nothing too exciting I admit. O72 really doesn't do justice. Got this last year at the Lionel Warehouse Sale.
Lots of things this week......1st of all....a family wedding in Albany NY.
We were going to fly, but decided to drive at the last minute.
A stop at the Clinton Station Diner.....

Next a visit to the Mohawk Valley RR in Rotterdam NY.
Don Klose told me that he and Jim Policastro helped build the layout in the shop....

Next, my wife and I drove to Pittsburgh to visit old friends and see their new home.
While there, I connected with Neal Schorr and toured his magnificent Pennsylvania RR......Neal has posted pictures here many times.....but the pics DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! It is magnificent in person....
Thank you so much, again, Neal!

Peter,
Was just getting ready to post some pictures of my own, but then came across what you posted. Wow, thanks for all the images! I appreciate you posting them and sharing them with the OGR Forum members. It was great to have you visit, and the best thing is all of the friends such as you that I've made through the hobby over many years.
Happy Friday have a great weekend!
Just finished installing original Lionel electronics in this 2-10-4
Work continues on the K&P breaker kit. Finished the powerhouse, water tank, transformer, added a conveyor chute between the breaker and power plant for the generator's boiler fuel supply, added a loki engine house and some HOn3 track:
Work also continues on the backdrop:
(Oh great it's that guy building his grain elevator again!)
Yeah but look I 3d printed a sign for each side at the top and it's looking better! I custom designed a sign using my printer and used my late grandfather's name, E.E. Lacey. I know you can already tell I'm kinda proud of this cause I keep posting these dang pictures but it's looking better every day! I have a few more details to add such as vent hoods on top maybe.
The raised lettering of the sign made it super easy to paint the letters. Just touch the top with the brush, or a paint pen in this case.
Happy Friday!
working on more wiring & running some postwar classics this week!

A 2017 Christmas Layout memory
The WPLA building, while HO scale, is on the layout because it was a gift from a friend. Doesn't look completely 'wrong' based on comparing it to the guy approaching it.
