This will hopefully be the sister thread to the "What did you do on your layout today?" I had no intentions of copyrighting that topic. This thread will be about modifying any new items you have gotten, any items you currently have, or what did you add to your locomotives to run better. An Example could be like what laidoffsick does in converting the claw Couplers to Kadee couplers or gunrunnerjohn adding a supperchuffer to a loco. So anything related to working on your trains or someone else's is okay, it will be intresting to see what everyone is working on. It may produce an Idea for me.

For myself, today was part 1 of taping box car doors close from the inside of the car, these doors drive me crazy opening after I close them so today was the day to take apart the cars and tape the doors from inside the shell. I plan to leave a couple open and throw some Railroad free loaders (Hobos). The picture consists of me taking apart a Menard's Box, car and taping the doors shut.

I would like to thank the guys at Menard's who have helped me with my Army Flatcar with the Deuce and trailer, giving me a replacement Flatcar after numerous issues with the Flatcar I had. I am getting the Flatcar back into service and I am satisfied for helping me and other customers by keeping them happy.

Did you work on your trains today?

This thread is only about trains not about layouts, no copyright intended.

Thanks

If I wanted to read about something interesting that gunrunnerjohn is doing, I would look for a separate thread that he started himself.  Why would he post something interesting under this thread?

i agree with the others, there's no need for a copycat thread.
