I am building a 5.5 inch high brick wall for the space between the first and second levels of the layout.  I have installed Masonite to support the brick.  The brick comes from thin, flexible Dept 56 brick sheets.  The sheets are made of PVC resin.  I need a glue that I can spread thin on the Masonite.  I am considering tile mastic although I am not sure that I won't have lumps.  Also I might try double sided carpet tape but PVC might not stick.  I am open to any ideas you might have.  I will be doing 25 linear feet of wall.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Plastic to Paper

If it's OK for the glue to show, we recommend:

<dl><dt>3M 80</dt></dl>

But if you don't want the glue to show use:

<dl><dt>3M 77</dt></dl>

this is their advice I would use polyurethane hot glue and use a  wood roller to flatten the glue.
