You can replace the spring with the postwar 128 newvstand equivalent 128-22, thats what I did to the 2 I have, and they work flawlessly.
Where can I purchase a 128-22 spring
Replaced belt, and spring arms still coming off.
i liked the dog and hydrant.
If your arms are sliding off the spring, stick a pipe cleaner in the spring (cut to length). That keeps the spring from laying over.

Its # 12719.
We have the Revolving cone on our club layout. Ours is prone to snapping the belt. Anyone have a better option for replacement of the belt? Thanks.

Check major parts dealers or ebay.
I have one that was never hooked up. Unfortunately Chester the bulldog got hold of the roof. I’ll never use it if someone wants it. I’ll dig it out and post a pic.

Some Parts Dealers and Ebay have replacement green roofs. Its Part Number 610-2719-80

Seems appropriate to give @Fredstrains first shot at it since he posted the thread looking for one. With the roof part number he should be make it whole.
