I have a 400E / 400T that needs a new rear coupler. The current coupler is rusty and bent up.

It's riveted on, and the top is swaged with a cross-shaped punch.

I think I can remove the current rivet easy enough, but how are they typically replaced? Same rivet but maybe a couple chisel whacks to make the "X" shape?
