I have an area where I can put a 3 track staging yard, but it is only 10 inches wide. Who makes some switches that can accommodate this? I would like them manually thrown, and be able to accommodate scale size locomotives that can travel through O48 curves.

I have several Ross 3 way switches and they will do what you need done. One point I would like to pass on about the Ross 3 way is the fact that it works perfect.
Just a reminder, you'll want a couple of transition pieces to go on either side of your center track. They have three depending upon what track spacing you want. Keep in mind that RossBed is also available for the three way and transition pieces.
TR35 3.5” center return for 11 deg.
TR40 4.0” center return for 11 deg.
TR45 4.5” center return for 11 deg.
We used two of these on our club modular layout. With the switch machines, it is possible to bugger things up. Setting the switch manually is pretty much fool-proof.
