Sounds were garbled so I thought I would replace the battery for a friend but where is it?

MTH 30-2166-1   CP SW8 Switcher  circa 1999.........ProtoSound.

The manual says it has the "white" 9 volt battery but his unit does not have a battery or the clip to attach one.  The small black box marked QSI does not seem removable or where the battery may be?

Thanks

Dave

Thanks for the clarification John.

You are correct......I read the box wrong.  Indeed it is -0 not -1.

But MTH used the same manuals for both which confused me.

So simple............back in 1999................We've certainly come a long way !!!!!!

No bell on this puppy just noise that is suppose to sound like a horn.
