I had successfully set up my WiFi and TIU using a 30" piece of FasTrack and accessed a NIP MTH GP-9 (30-20270-1).  Power to the TIU was supplied by a Lionel starter set power pak.  Power to the track was supplied by a Williams transformer we use for store testing.  I was able to run the engine back and forth and control coupler, bell, and whistle.  After letting the system set idle for several hours and coming back to it, the engine was in inactive list.  Attempts to bring it back, including delete/readd, did nothing.  Tried turning track power off/on and that resulted in conventional startup.  Finally the app was reporting no TIU found.  Have I toasted the TIU, and if so HOW?  This is an older TIU am using a Prolific RS232/USB cable to connect to WiFi.  Do I need a different cable.  TIU took update to DCS 5.0 with no problems.   This is my setup to use for store demo on MTH National WiFi day.  Thanks.

Upon working with my setup at home I was able to get it working, so maybe letting it set idle for several hours caused a problem with everything linking up.  Not to mention it getting shuffled up and down the counter, etc..  Thanks for input from everyone.  Looking forward to National WiFi Day!!
